  3. Files TELEM14G.ZIP and TELEM14H.ZIP are the english version of ARSENE
  4. satellite real time telemetry decoding programs. They concern packet
  5. radio and work under DOS. 
  6. Files TELEM14G.UUE and TELEM14H.UUE are the same files ASCII transformed
  7. using UUENCODE program version 4.02.
  8. A small bug in previous version concerned RTS signal preventing some
  9. packet TNC to be initialized by the program. It is now fixed and
  10. these versions should work with any TNC.
